Community Exhibition Spaces

Are you an artist or collective looking to showcase your artwork? Greater Dandenong City Council is currently seeking applications for our community exhibition spaces around Springvale, Noble Park and Dandenong.

Community Exhibition Spaces in the City of Greater Dandenong provide opportunities for artists and arts organisations to display original artwork, and for the community to engage in art in public spaces.  They also provide a unique platform for artists to contribute to the creativity and dialogue of the city.

We welcome applications from emerging, mid-career and established individuals, collectives and groups, and endeavour to showcase artists whose creative practice draws inspiration from the local southeast community.

Through the Community Exhibitions program we aim to:

  • Promote awareness and appreciation of our creative community
  • Activate public places to create innovative and immersive arts experiences
  • Support collaboration and creative learning for our community
  • Support capacity building for local arts practitioners, collectives and groups
