Recovery Support - February 2024 Victorian Storms

Recovery support for people and communities affected by the February 2024 Victorian storms is available through Emergency Recovery Victoria 

To get help, you can:

  • fill out the online form
  • call the Emergency Recovery Hotline on 1800 560 760 from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (closed weekends and public holidays). Press 9 for an interpreter.

If you are in immediate danger, telephone 000.

Clean-up support for storm damaged homes  

f your home was damaged by the February 2024 Victorian storms and is not covered by insurance, clean-up support may be available. You can register for support at Emergency Recovery Victoria  or call the Emergency Recovery Hotline on 1800 560 760 for further information.

Financial help

Financial assistance is available for eligible community members impacted by the storms. For further information call the Emergency Recovery Hotline on 1800 560 760.
