Recovery support for people and communities affected by the February 2024 Victorian storms is available through Emergency Recovery Victoria
To get help, you can:
- fill out the online form
- call the Emergency Recovery Hotline on 1800 560 760 from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (closed weekends and public holidays). Press 9 for an interpreter.
If you are in immediate danger, telephone 000.
Clean-up support for storm damaged homes
f your home was damaged by the February 2024 Victorian storms and is not covered by insurance, clean-up support may be available. You can register for support at Emergency Recovery Victoria or call the Emergency Recovery Hotline on 1800 560 760 for further information.
