The North Dandenong Neighbourhood House is offering a regular weekly session training to try out new exercises on a weekly basis.
This is for all fitness levels.
We invite you to try something news. Some exercises will include yoga, zumba, meditation and Tai Chi.
Classes are on held every Monday and Tuesday, during school term only. Term 2 will begin on 2 May.
