Walking Football 4 Health is a social program that provides a secure, pleasant, and inclusive environment for participants of all ages, starting from 7 years old.
Walking Football is a modified version of soccer played in a safe, fun, family friendly environment. With no running, no contact, no tackles from behind and no kicking balls above waist height, Walking Football is suitable for anyone who is able to walk.
This initiative welcomes individuals of diverse abilities, genders, and ethnic backgrounds, offering a supportive space for those with health challenges, confidence issues, or social anxiety who wish to engage in sports activities. Families are encouraged to play as a team or part of a team.
This program requires no experience, no commitment and no upfront costs.
