Stabilise the body, calm the mind, and balance your emotions in these welcoming community yoga and meditation classes.
Each month alternates between a gentle yoga class and a guided meditation workshop.
Led by the Isha Foundation, these sessions are suitable for all experience levels - including complete beginners.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear clothes you can easily move in.
