As part of the 2021 Children's Festival, come along and escape into the colourful world of collage.
Join craft-based designer Kitiya Palaskas for this hands-on Zoom workshop where she will share all her favourite collaging and papercraft art techniques. Cut and paste your own fantasy island filled with colour, texture, pattern, and all your favourite things - entirely made from paper collage.
Children will require:
- Scissors
- Gluestick
- Double-sided sticky tape (optional)
- Assorted paper (coloured, old wrapping paper, printer paper, old magazines, newspapers, etc)
- Large piece of cartridge paper or cardstock for your canvas (A4 or A3)
- Coloured pencils or markers
This workshop is suitable for ages 7+ (children need to be able to handle scissors).
