Springvale’s popular Lunar New Year Festival will welcome the Year of the Horse on Sunday 15 February.
The popular annual festival is organised by the Springvale Asian Business Association (SABA) and proudly supported by Council, and attracts visitors from all over Melbourne to welcome in the new year.
The event will see the closure of Buckingham Avenue and surrounding streets to traffic, with amusement rides, food stalls and live entertainment taking over the space from 10am–10pm finishing with a spectacular fireworks display.
It is a family event and free for everyone with packs of activities throughout the day.
