Take your creative projects from idea to funding-ready in this full-day professional development workshop for artists and creatives.
Led by industry consultant Gareth Hart, this intensive session explores project planning, proposal writing, budgeting, funding opportunities and how to effectively communicate the purpose and impact of your creative practice.
Participants will also gain practical insights into aligning projects with funding priorities and using AI as a tool to support creative development and project delivery.
This event is designed for ages 16+.
About the facilitator:
Industry expert and consultant, Gareth Hart, brings decades of knowledge and experience to the facilitation of this program. They have led organisations and initiatives that bridge local contexts with sector-wide trends, delivered ambitious programs that combined community engagement with artistic excellence, and directed live art festivals. Gareth brings clarity, ambition, and a belief in the transformative potential of the arts. They support organisations, festivals, and councils to navigate complexity, ground themselves in community, being driven my impact, and imagining bold futures.
