Greater Dandenong’s Make Your Move annual fun run is making another return in January.
Join us and get ready to run, jog, walk or roll to conquer Dandenong Park’s 5km course.
Arrive at 7.30am for an 8am start time. Course briefing and warm up will be held in front of the stage area at 7.45am.
There will be a free sausage sizzle, giveaways and more, so bring your friends and family and join us for a fun and active day out in Greater Dandenong.

Do I need to run?
No, you can run, jog, walk or roll the 5km course.
Is the course pram friendly?
Yes, the 5km course is pram friendly.
Will the event be cancelled if it rains?
No, the Greater Dandenong Fun Run, Walk or Roll will be held regardless of the rain.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, it's a dog friendly event, but your dog will need to be on leash all the time.
Will I be timed for this event?
The option is yours.
If you would like to receive an official time for this event, please register though our website as well as on the parkrun website here. Only ever register with parkrun once and don't forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode on the day. If you forget it, you won't get a time.
If you do not want to be timed, simply register through our website only.
Are there toilets or baby changing facilities available?
Public toilets and baby changing areas are available in Dandenong Park near the basketball court.
Will water be provided at this event?
There are taps and water fountains available in Dandenong Park as well as a drink station near the bridge. Make sure you bring a refillable water bottle.
How do I get to this event?
If coming by car, there is street parking available in the surrounding area, please take note and obey all parking restrictions that may apply.
We strongly encourage all attendees to come to the event via Public Transport. Dandenong Station is approximately 650 metres from Dandenong Park. The following bus routes travel near Dandenong Park 800, 813, 828, 850, 857, 892, and 901.
