A fun, energetic martial art workshop where children will learn basic karate and self-defense skills, build confidence, coordination and fitness.
Requirements:
- for children aged 5-12 years.
- children to wear sports runners and sports clothes
- children's medical conditions should be disclosed
- children with asthma must bring their inhaler
- parents/carer should sign a participant's waiver prior to the event
