Designed for young people, this active session focuses on refreshing your Victorian Water Safety Skills. Participants will gain a refresher on treading water, survival swimming and completing rescues.

You will also explore how to recognise hazards, respond in emergencies and stay safer when enjoying rivers, lakes, beaches, and pools with friends.

This session will involve a classroom component and an in-water activity. Swimwear will be needed.
