Overview:
We are upgrading the playground at George T Andrews Reserve in Dandenong.

Council sought feedback from the community which helped shape the final design for the new playground at George T Andrews Reserve at 13 Vivien Street, Dandenong.

There was strong support to upgrade the playground and provide more equipment for children to play on.

The final concept plan is aligned with:

  • the allocated budget for the 2023-2024 financial year
  • a local level playground.

The key elements of the playground are:

  • a new play unit including junior double slide, senior enclosed spiral slide, rope play and play panels
  • 3 swings and a basket swing
  • rockers
  • monkey bars.
