This Father’s Day, bring the family along to the Alex Wilkie Nature Reserve Spring Thing. This community festival celebrates the spring reopening of Alex Wilkie Nature Reserve.
The free event will include a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony from the Bunurong Land Council, live music, a wildlife show, a coffee van, a sausage sizzle, guided nature walks, guided nature play, face painting, a scavenger hunt and miniature railway rides with the Live Steamers.
Please note, as this is a low-waste event, participants are required to bring their own water bottles/cups. There are water refill stations available at the event.
Parking is available via Harold Road at Alex Nelson Reserve or plan your public transport journey using the PTV website.
