77 Herbert Street, Dandenong - Construction of a New Pocket Park
Greater Dandenong Council is constructing a new pocket park at 77 Herbert Street, Dandenong, as part of a new ‘greening our city initiative’.
The new pocket park will become a high quality landscaped environment that provides shade with tree planting, garden beds, seating and fitness equipment for the local community to relax in and enjoy.
The 77 Herbert Street pocket park project is supported by the Victorian Government through the Local Parks Program.
The Local Parks Program’s vision is to create new parks and to revitalise and green our suburbs.
The construction of this new park is anticipated to be completed by the end of May 2022.
