The proposed Dandenong Sports and Events Centre was an important part of the Team 11 A-League and Women's League bid and the announcement that Melbourne City Football Club is relocating to South East Melbourne marks a step forward in bringing that plan to life.
The City of Greater Dandenong has already undertaken a significant amount of planning with regard to the potential stadium development and looks forward to advancing that planning and advocacy further with key stakeholders in due course.
Council sought formal feedback on the proposed development of a Stadium in Dandenong from 10 September to 7 October 2018. The outcome of this consultation process is provided in the Consultation Outcomes Report.
