Southeast Community Links (SECL), a proud member of the Anti Poverty Consortium and in partnership with the Greater Dandenong City Council, invites community members to this year’s Bring Your Bills Day.
This event provides practical, on the spot help for anyone needing support with electricity, gas, water, phone or other household bills, as well as advice on tenancy rights, fines, concessions and consumer issues.
Specialists from a range of services will be available throughout the day to guide attendees through a range of financial supports, including Utility Relief Grants, concessions programs, hardship arrangements, and housing and legal assistance services.
Qualified financial counsellors will offer free and confidential support to help individuals and families understand their options and take steps toward financial stability. The event is designed to be accessible and inclusive, with bi lingual staff and interpreters on site, and children’s activities available to make it easier for families to attend.
Bring your bills, letters or notices, and take the opportunity to speak directly with experts in a friendly, supportive environment. This is a chance to get clear, practical advice and connect with the help you need.
If you require additional assistance to participate, please get in contact with us.
