Thomas Carroll Reserve in Dandenong consists of two ovals (east and west) which accommodates AFL, cricket and soccer.
The existing lights on the east oval are at the end of their service life and require renewal. The works will include replacing all lighting infrastructure, including poles, electrical services and lights. The new lighting will be LED to 100 lux (training standard)
