In 2019 Council approved the Frederick Wachter Reserve Master Plan, Keysborough. The reserve is home to the Keysborough Tennis Club.
The existing tennis court lights are at the end of their service life and require renewal across all eight courts. The works will include replacing all lighting poles and lamps to LED.
