The City of Greater Dandenong prides itself on building an active, an engaged and resilient community, no matter your age or stage of life. A key part of achieving this goal is ensuring that older people are supported, valued and encouraged to remain active members of our community. One way that Council achieves this is to provide a variety of activities and events for all seniors to enjoy.

Join us on Mondays - 20 and 27 April and 4 and11 May for this Fall Prevention Program.

A qualified Physiotherapist will lead you through exercises to help strengthen and improve balance. They will explain the importance of exercise as we age, strategies to prevent falls, incidental exercise to do at home and how to get up off the floor in the event of a fall. Limited places.
