Mental Health and Wellbeing Local are hosting a free women's wellbeing circle where women can relax, move and connect in a safe and welcoming space.
Sessions can include yoga, mindful movement and dance. It's a chance to take time for yourself and unwind.
Share heartfelt conversations, learn about health and wellbeing, and enjoy a cup of tea.
The circle is especially welcoming women from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Spots are limited and registration is required.
Sessions will run every Thursday from 5pm-7pm. Sessions do not run during the school holidays.
