Large Community Grants Information Sessions

Grant information sessions are held throughout the application period and cover information on the grants program, time frames, completing the online form and tips on writing a great application.

Large grants offer up to $80,000 (depending on stream) for organisations that service the wider community, focus on strategic projects to address specific Council outcomes or run large scale events that build the profile of Greater Dandenong.

The Large Grants Programs open on Monday 14 July 2025 and close 11.59pm Monday 11 August 2025.

The sessions will run for 1 hour and cover:

• The grant cycle and timeframes
• Council grants programs available to the wider community
• Completing the online form.

The Large Grant Information Sessions will be held on the following days:

• Tuesday 22 July from 5.30pm - 6.30pm (In person at Dandenong Civic Centre, 225 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong)
• Thursday 31 July from 10am - 11am (In person at Springvale Community Hub, 5 Hillcrest Grove, Springvale)
• Wednesday 6 August from 1.30pm - 2.30pm (Online)
