- Confirm the Minutes of the 105th Annual General Meeting held on 22 November 2023
- Receive and adopt the report of the QEC Board
- Receive and adopt the audited statement of accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024
- Any other business which may properly be brought forward, following notice in writing of at least seven days.
