Previously known as National Reserve, this reserve located at 43-67 National Drive in Dandenong South was endorsed by Council on Monday 25 March 2019 as the Frank Pellicano Reserve in recognition of Frank Pellicano who contributed to development within Greater Dandenong for over 25 years and was one of the key stakeholders in obtaining part of the land.
