In 2012 Council approved the Ross Reserve Master Plan in Noble Park. Oval 2 accommodates for the sports of Australian rules football and soccer.
The existing lights on Oval 2 are at the end of their service life and require renewal. The works will include replacing all lighting infrastructure, including poles, electrical services and lights. The new lighting will be LED to 100 lux (training standard).
