Greater Dandenong City Council is currently seeking a paint sponsor and a hardware sponsor for Walker Street Gallery and Arts Centre, as well as other existing and future arts venues in Greater Dandenong.
Located on the corner of Walker and Robinson streets, The Walker Street Gallery and Arts Centre is the City of Greater Dandenong's home of the arts. It hosts an exciting range of high quality and diverse exhibitions from leading Australian and international artists. Funded by the City of Greater Dandenong, this facility is open and free to the public. The gallery celebrates and enhances our great city with its exhibitions and array of public programs. Bringing energy and vibrancy to the arts with a contemporary flavour.
Council is looking for two sponsors able to supply paint and/or hardware materials for the gallery’s quarterly program of exhibitions.
Through the sponsorship agreement, the successful applicants will receive the following benefits:
- Company logo included at relevant exhibition spaces and exhibition collaterals.
- Company logo displayed in Arts in Greater Dandenong newsletter.
- Mentioning of sponsorship at exhibition opening and/or closing events occurring at the gallery.
- Opportunities for exhibition tours/workshops for the company staff.

Selection of successful applicants will be based on the following criteria:
- Alignment with Council’s REACH Values (Respectful, Engaged, Accountable, Collaborative and Honest).
- Commitment to environmental sustainability.
- Variety of materials on offer. Please note that for paint sponsorship, Dulux paint stock is preferable.
- Value of sponsorship: please indicate your contribution level as a sponsor.
