
Our latest Cultural Sketch session, a unique evening of art and storytelling. Explore mark making while hearing from the three remarkable creatives behind the exhibition Confluence, currently on at Walker Street Gallery and Arts Centre.
Dylan Singh from The Dreaming Project: First Nations-owned community-based arts company create immersive work through a fusion of circus, physical theatre, projection art, music, dance, visual arts and more, that blends dynamic styles and forms to showcase the vast diversity of Australia’s peoples and places.
Ivan Masic and Lee Ramseyer from Little Projector Company: an artist-led creative organisation, create and facilitate the development and exhibition of installations, performances, films, and tours that combine projection, animation, storytelling, sound design, and more.
Throughout the session, sketch and draw the presenters, their favourite objects, the music, or respond creatively to the stories being shared.
No experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and let the inspiration flow.
This is a free event; however online registration are required.
Refreshments and alcohol will be served at this session (this event is for people aged 18+).
