Our three week Youth Martial Arts Program is for anyone aged 12–25. You don’t need any experience, just show up and have fun.
What you’ll learn:
- Easy-to-use self-defense moves to help you stay safe
- Basics of boxing and kickboxing
- How to build fitness, focus, and mental strength
This is a fun and welcoming group class run by the skilled team at United Karate Systems. All young people are welcome to attend.
No gear, no pressure, just come along and give it a go.
