The Barry J Powell Reserve Master Plan was adopted by Council in March 2020 and was developed after extensive community and stakeholder consultation.
The Master Plan establishes the long-term vision and direction for this highly valued and well utilised district park in Noble Park North. It was developed to balance the recreational, social, economic and environmental objectives for the community.
