The Springvale Reserve Master Plan 2023 was adopted by Council on 23 October 2023.
It establishes the long-term vision and direction for this highly valued and well utilised district park in Springvale and was developed after extensive community and stakeholder consultation.
The master plan improves and expands the reserve’s ongoing provision of sport’s infrastructure, facilitates functional layout improvements to the reserve’s car parking and diversifies the informal recreational activities offered to the community. Opportunities for environmental benefits that increase the reserve’s tree canopy coverage and biodiversity are integrated into the master plan.
