Carols in Harmony Square is a free, family-friendly celebration that brings the community together for an evening filled with festive cheer, live entertainment and festive fun. The event features beloved carols performed by local community groups, choirs and professional entertainers, alongside vibrant mix of market stalls, food vendors, community displays and festive activities.

We're inviting applications from market, corporate and community organisations stallholders to be part of this much-loved community event.
Market Stalls
We're looking for affordable gifts, handmade products, festive items, artisan goods and family-friendly products.
Corporate Stalls
Corporate stalls provide an opportunity to showcase your products, services or brand while engaging with local families and visitors in a festive setting. Interactive displays and giveaways are encouraged.
Community Stalls
We welcome applications from local community groups, clubs, state schools, charities, not-for-profit organisations. Interactive activities and festive decoration are encouraged but not essential.
