About Phillip
Having lived in Noble Park my entire life, I am strongly committed to community service and am passionate about making our community a better place to live for all residents. I have served as Councillor since the beginning of 2024 and have developed a genuine understanding of the issues facing residents in our neighbourhoods.
Throughout my time on Council, I have ensured residents voices are heard by assisting residents with matters ranging from local issues which have risen across our neighbourhoods, to navigating the numerous services Council provides. I am actively engaged with our local community groups, organisations and volunteers, listening to feedback and strongly advocating for practical solutions.
I am committed to ensuring that basic Council amenities such as rubbish collection, street lighting and community safety are properly met. I am also passionate about advocating for greater access to local support services to assist those doing it tough, including homelessness and support for local seniors and youth.
