Application for use of Council Halls

The City of Greater Dandenong invites applications from interested organisations and individuals to apply to hire our facilities on special occasions.
Boxing Day – Saturday 26 December 2026
- Springvale City Hall and Supper Room (Capacity 1000 - Main Hall 800 and Supper Room 200)
New Year’s Eve - Thursday 31 December 2026
- Springvale City Hall and Supper Room (Capacity 1000 - Main Hall 800 and Supper room 200)
- Menzies Hall (Capacity 300)
- Tatterson Pavilion (Capacity 200)
- Jan Wilson Centre (Capacity 260 - Main Hall 200 and Multipurpose Room 60)
The City of Greater Dandenong invites applications from interested organisations wishing to be considered for use of the above facilities on Saturday 26 December and Wednesday 31 December 2026 (Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve).
Prospective applicants will need to provide Council with the following information:
- Times of use and proposed function
- Procedure for the sale of tickets
- Organisation’s location within the City of Greater Dandenong
- How many of the organisation’s activities are held within the municipality
- Demonstrate a direct benefit to the City of Greater Dandenong community
- Number of members of the organisation who reside within the municipality
- Tendered price for the hire fee
