Councillor compliance with this Policy is on a voluntary basis. Councillors are not mandated or obligated to register their contact with Developers, Submitters and Lobbyists but are encouraged to do so.
The policy provides guidance to Councillors with regard to how they should interact with Developers, Submitters and Lobbyists on Council matters.
