Project Overview
The Burden park Tennis Redevelopment includes the complete upgrade of the tennis facility with new synthetic grass courts, LED lighting and new fencing. The project built by Council in partnership with the Victorian Government and Burden Park Tennis Club.
Funding support of $1.0 million has been provided by the Victorian Government as part of the Community Infrastructure Stimulus Program (round 2). The Burden Park Tennis Club contributed $50,000 towards the project.
Estimated Completion: October 2022
Timelines and next steps
Construction commenced December 2021 and is due for completion October 2022.
