The Amendment extends the boundary of Specific Controls Overlay – Schedule 9 (SCO9) and application of the Pound Road West (Abbotts Road to South Gippsland Highway) Upgrade Project Incorporated Document, February 2019 (Incorporated Document) to include additional land required for the project.
Amendment C227gdan was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 22 July 2021.
