Council delivers many transport and road safety projects every year.
These projects include:
- new footpaths
- local area traffic management devices
- major road upgrades.
Funding for these projects comes from many sources, including:
- Council’s capital works programs
- TAC and VicRoads grants
- Federal Blackspot Program.
Council takes road safety very seriously. It works closely with the TAC, VicRoads and the RACV to ensure safe travel for all road users.
