Greater Dandenong City Council (“Council”) gives notice under Section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) that it is considering leasing the land known as Reserve 1 PS841086 as shown on the attached plan abutting the front of 158-194 Abbotts Rd, Dandenong South held in certificate of title volume 12326 folio 331. The proposal is to lease the land to United Energy Distribution Pty Ltd in accordance with Council Policy.

All submissions will be considered by Council in making a decision whether to proceed with the lease of the land.
Submissions made are not confidential and:
- may be incorporated in full (including any personal information) into the agenda and minutes of any Council or other meeting at which the matter is considered; and
- must be made available for public inspection in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
Following consideration of submissions, Council may or may not resolve to lease the land.
