Resident Experience Survey

As part of our commitment to improving the services we provide, Council has engaged Customer Service Benchmarking Australia (CSBA) to survey community members who have made a recent enquiry or service request.

The survey provides an opportunity for those who respond to provide feedback that will assist Council in understanding where we have done well and where we can improve.

Residents may be contacted by CSBA, either by phone or by email between April and June to seek involvement in the survey.

Responses will be entirely anonymous and results will be reported back to Greater Dandenong City Council in aggregate form. Council has provided contact details to CSBA solely for the purposes of conducting this survey.
