The Amendment applies to 1626-1638 Centre Road, Springvale (Lot 2 on Plan of Subdivision 732545X).
The amendment was made at the request of the landowner.
The amendment rezoned part of 1626-1638 Centre Road, Springvale by amending the boundaries of the Urban Floodway Zone and Industrial 1 Zone.
The extent of land rezoned included:
- 2,621m² of land zoned UFZ to IN1Z
- 1,410m² of land zoned IN1Z to UFZ
Amendment C223gdan was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 9 July 2020.
