What the Amendment does
The amendment rezoned the land from Industrial 1 Zone (IN1Z) to Commercial 1 Zone (C1Z) and inserted Schedule 14 to Clause 43.04 Development Plan Overlay (DPO14) into the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme.
