Greater Dandenong City Council prepared Amendment C224gdan to the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme.
The amendment applies to all land within the Noble Park Major Activity Centre.
The Amendment implements the recommendations of the Noble Park Major Activity Centre Structure Plan (2021) to improve the operation of planning policy and controls within the Major Activity Centre. This includes a new Noble Park Local Planning Policy and a new Design and Development Overlay (DDO). The DDO provides Council’s preferred heights and setbacks for development in the centre and seeks to ensure that all new development is of a high quality and is well-designed.
Current status
Amendment C224gdan was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 21 December 2023.
