Council prepared Amendment C246gdan to the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme.
The amendment applies to all land within the Keysborough South Development Contributions Area.
The amendment extends the timeframe of the existing Keysborough South Development Contributions Plan, July 2008 by five (5) years to 2028, to enable the fair and equitable collection of funds by Council.
Current status
Amendment C246gdan was approved by the Minister for Planning and was gazetted on 25 January 2024.
