New Digital Vaccination Certificate Help Desk

Springvale Hub

Need to set up your digital vaccination certificate but don’t know how?

From Monday 8 – Friday 12 November, the City of Greater Dandenong is offering free assistance to residents who need help accessing their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate and uploading it to the Services Victoria App.

Open daily from 9am-6pm, the outdoor help desks at Harmony Square, Dandenong and Springvale Community Hub will operate in partnership with local service providers.

Residents will need to bring along their personal phone/device (iPhone or Android), a Medicare card or Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI), and personal identification such as a passport, driver license and/or visa.

Mayor Cr Angela Long said while we all get back to doing the things we love in the community, it’s important to be COVID safe and check in via the Victoria Services App everywhere we go.

“As we catch up with friends at our local restaurants and cafes or go out shopping with our family in our great City, having your digital vaccination proof handy to check in at all venues is an essential safety measure.

“I know how confusing technology can be sometimes, so we are pleased to offer help to our residents who need assistance locating their digital vaccine certificate and loading it to the Services Victoria App or into their digital wallet,” said the Mayor.
