Ludmila Karganova has been a volunteer with Council since 2006. She is currently a Council Ambassador welcoming and assisting community members attending some of our events including Australia Day, Little Day Out, Autumn Festival and Springvale Snow Fest.

Ludmila also conducts satisfaction surveys that are important in the future planning of our community events.
